Mississauga Bus Group of Companies is always on the lookout for exceptional, hardworking, and talented mechanics. Our minimum experience requirements are a third year 310T or 421A apprentice, or fully licensed 310S mechanic interested in entering the 310T trade.

SKILLS THAT WOULD MAKE YOU THE PREFERENTIAL CANDIDATE:
  • Must be safety first conscious.
  • Diagnostic skills are essential. Must have a strong background with electrical troubleshooting and multiplexing systems.
  • Use of computers and technology. All of our employees are required to enter shop notes through our systems. Experience using diagnostic software (i.e. Cummins, Detroit, Allison, etc.) is an asset.
  • Must have own tools.
  • Flexibility – candidate may be placed on the day shift or afternoon shift.
