Executive Team

Raj Mahadeo

Raj is a veteran of the transit repair and maintenance business. He is a certified license holder from Volvo and Cummins and had managed a Volvo truck repair dealership for 5 years before starting his own independent business as a truck and trailer repair and maintenance shop in 2002.

Predeita Mahadeo
Chief Finance Officer

Predeita is the Chief Finance Officer of the company. She is an experienced professional in the field of finance and accounting with more than 25 years of experience in the finance sector. She is a university graduate and had a rich experience of managing various portfolios in the same field before joining Raj in the business venture in 2002.

Roger D'Hollander
Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Roger fosters innovative business plans and directs teams with determination and success. With decades of experience in the tech industry, working in over 60 countries, he is effective at overcoming  business challenges in both international and domestic environments. He's leading MBGC into the electrification era, working with OEM’s to expand product range while delivering on strategic initiatives.

Kamaljit Bawa
Vice President of Operations

A mechanical engineer by profession, Kamal has more than 20 years of automotive manufacturing processes expertise in the field of project management, quality management systems, quality planning and its execution. Since joining the company, Kamal has been responsible for executing the company’s long-term vision and growth targets by streamlining the existing processes, reducing inefficacies, implementing ISO 9001: 2008 and making processes lean.

Jeff Dowling
Vice President Customer relations

Jeff has been involved in the supply side of public transportation his whole career. He learned from the ground up by spending time in parts warehouses then working in technical publications before moving to the parts departments where he has held numerous positions. Since joining the company, Jeff has focused on implementing new supply chain initiatives to expand and grow the company’s product line for both parts and new products.
